Winter 2008 Grace - Community Based Rehabilitation

People with disabilities face challenges no matter where they live, but it is especially difficult to live with a disability in developing countries like the Dominican Republic. International Child Care's Community Based Rehabilitation program teaches parents simple exercises to help their children develop to their fullest potential.
